YPTC Recognized in the ‘Enduring Impact’ Category for 15+ Years in Business
PHILADELPHIA, PA (May 24, 2021) – Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. Released on May 18th in the May/June 2021 issue, and as part of a prominent Inc.com feature, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture whether teams are operating in person or remotely.
While this is YPTC’s first appearance on the Inc. annual list of Best Workplaces, the company has received similar honors in the past from Accounting Today, and the Washington, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and Rochester Business Journals.
YPTC’s Managing Partner, Jennifer Alleva stated, “YPTC proves to me daily that we are a best place to work—every single member of our staff has wonderful experience, positivity, and the want to make a difference in their clients’ lives.”
Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.
Mary Dagney, YPTC’s Director of Human Resources, said, “It’s very exciting to be awarded Inc’s Best Workplace recognition! YPTC has always fostered a supportive culture, and this feedback from our employees reinforces how we put our employees first. We are proud of our growing firm and will continue to provide the best experience we can for our employees and plan to continue to be a Best Workplace for years to come!”
The changing corporate landscape and unprecedented, pandemic-related challenges made winning this prestigious accolade even more meaningful. According to its staff, YPTC responded well to high levels of unpredictability while remaining a source of stability, engagement, and flexibility over the course of the last year.
“This is such an honor for our organization. To make the Inc. Best Workplace list in a time where the idea of a ‘workplace’ has shifted dramatically is extraordinary. And, to know that our staff feels valued, engaged, and happy despite everything the pandemic has thrown at us makes me so proud. We will continue to strive for this level of excellence by working together and doing things ‘The YPTC Way’,” said Eric Fraint, YPTC’s President and Founder.
“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” said Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
