Hively is a family-centered social impact organization dedicated to multi-generational well-being through social and economic equalizing programs. Their mission is to provide resources that strengthen and support children and their families in Alameda County, California. Hively believes that subsidized childcare, mental health support, and community services centered in families of all types and backgrounds can significantly change children and parents’ possibilities to thrive in life.
Elaine Lenore, Hively’s CFO, was a bit of a repeat customer. Elaine had a contract with YPTC at her former organization to support a staffing transition and was very impressed. “When I started at Hively, and set to build my new team, I knew the expertise of YPTC would be a critical support to not only carry forward our fiscal operations, but to also provide me the space to learn a new organization and plan for the work to come.” she says.

I was able to be candid with her and was met with authentic support, professionally and personally!” Sheri tackled reconciling their accounts and piecing together what had been recorded, what needed to be adjusted, and recommendations to adjust Hively’s practices moving forward. “She was persistent to see us through our audit and make real time recommendations.”
