Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) has announced four leadership promotions to Regional Director, aimed at better serving YPTC’s clients, supporting its staff, and fostering continued growth in 2023 and beyond. This news comes just three weeks after the firm was named #75 on Accounting Today’s Top 100 list.
“YPTC has undergone incredible growth in recent years, and with this growth has come the need to review our regional structure to better manage the company.” said YPTC Managing Partner Jennifer Alleva, in an announcement to all YPTC staff. “Each promotion is so well-deserved, and I am proud to work with these talented and dedicated leaders. Our Regional Directors are motivated, energized, and optimistic.”
These leaders, all formerly in the position of managing a YPTC market area, have demonstrated success and growth in their respective locations in key areas- business development, talent acquisition, staff retention, revenue, and more. Now, the Regional Directors will still be responsible for success in these key areas, but for a larger, expanded area of the country.
The promotions are as follows:
- Angela Coaxum, formerly Director for Delaware, has been named Regional Director for YPTC’s Remote Services.
- Ellie Hume, formerly Director for New York, has been named Regional Director, serving the Northeast and North region.
- Carole Melvin, formerly Director for Washington, DC has been named Regional Director, serving the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region.
- Tanya Pal, formerly Director for Houston, has been named Regional Director, serving Southwest and West region.
Each Regional Director’s commitment to excellence, dedication, leadership, and technical nonprofit accounting expertise has enhanced client service and staff experience. YPTC congratulates these newly promoted staff members and is excited for their continued success.
